(2257 Compliance and Content Rights Agreement)
This Model Release Agreement is entered into by and between the Signatory (Model) and Empress Jazzy the (Producer).
#1. Age of Majority and 2257 Compliance
(Model) affirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, of legal age to participate in the creation of adult content, and competent to enter into this Agreement.
(Model) understands and agrees that this content is being provided in accordance with 18 U.S.C. 2257. (Model) agrees to submit a valid, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID to verify their age and identity, which will be kept on file by (Producer) as required by law.
#2. Ownership and Grant of Rights
(Model) affirms that they are the creator and lawful owner of the (Content) being submitted, and that it contains only their own image, likeness, and performance.
By submitting the (Content), (Model) irrevocably transfers all ownership, copyright, and usage rights of the (Content) to Empress Jazzy the (Producer). This includes full rights to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, and sell the (Content) in any format or medium now known or developed in the future.
(Model) waives all rights to royalties, residuals, or future compensation related to the (Content) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
#3. Consent to Distribution and Commercial Use
(Model) grants full permission for Empress Jazzy the (Producer) to use the (Content) for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
– Uploading and distribution on any adult content platforms
– Posting to social media and other promotional accounts
– Hosting on websites owned or operated by Empress Jazzy the (Producer)
– Commercial resale, including use behind paywalls, in bundles, compilations, or through affiliates
– Derivative works, remixes, edits, or other adaptations of the submitted (Content)
No additional approval or payment is required for any of the above uses.
#4. Use of Name and Identity
Model permits Empress Jazzy the (Producer) to use any of the following at her discretion:
– (Models) stage name or alias
– A pseudonym or branding name created or assigned by Empress Jazzy the (Producer).
This may be used for attribution, promotional purposes, tagging, or branding across any platforms where the Content is published.
#5. No Revocation
This Agreement is perpetual and irrevocable. Once submitted, the Model may not withdraw consent or request removal of the Content unless explicitly agreed in writing by Empress Jazzy the (Producer).
#6. Warranties and Indemnity
Model warrants that:
– The submitted Content is original and self-produced
– No other parties appear in the Content
– The Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights
Model agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Empress Jazzy the (Producer) from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from breach of these warranties or misrepresentation.
#7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, by 18 U.S.C. 2257 (United States law governing sexually explicit content record keeping). Venue for any disputes shall be in the jurisdiction that Empress Jazzy the (Producer) decides.
